The house is located within 5 minutes to supermarkets and other shopping spots, public transport is easily accessible as there is bus stops on the same street. The house is double story and very spacious and also offers a pool room as an extra space to hang out in, the house will be fully furnished apart from bedrooms. the house is very spacious and has a lot of storage space. The lounge room and dining room are furnished and there are communal appliances in the kitchen including a microwave, air fryer, oven, stovetop, toaster, kettle, pots/pans, cutlery, plates/bowels. It is two stories with the bedrooms, kitchen, dining, lounge and main bathroom upstairs and the garage, laundry (including a washing machine) and rec room (including a pool table) downstairs. It has a large backyard/front yard and off street parking or parking in the driveway/garage. There is ducted heating in every room
