Somewhere you can genuinely settle in and feel at home while experiencing everything this beautiful part of Victoria has to offer.
Set on a large property in peaceful Moolap, A spacious four-bedroom residence that has just been renovated, nearly carpeted,painted decorated and thoughtfully furnished with new furniture and appliances.
We're now looking for the first housemates to make it their own and help us create a relaxed, friendly and respectful household.

One of the things that makes it particularly suited to shared living is the amount of space.
Step through the front door and you're welcomed into an expansive living area with a huge 89-inch TV, kitchenette and four-seat breakfast bar.
From here, the home opens into a series of separate living and communal spaces. There's a beautiful solid-timber dining table with seating for 8, another comfortable living area with a large modular sofa and TV, and a fully equipped shared kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, stovetop and built-in oven.
There's also a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, full sink, storage and an additional mini fridge, along with two generously sized bathrooms. Both bathrooms feature double vanities, expansive mirrors and plenty of storage, with one also offering a comfortable rain shower.

With multiple lounges, TVs, dining spaces and quiet corners throughout the home, there's always somewhere to enjoy the company of your housemates — and somewhere else to enjoy a little solitude.

Your own space

The two available bedrooms are positioned at opposite ends of Samphire Homestead, giving each housemate a wonderful sense of space and privacy within the larger shared home.

The queen room is $350, available is generously proportioned and particularly well suited to someone settling in for a longer stay. It features a queen-sized bed, its own TV, extensive wall-to-wall built-in robes and a comfortable armchair creating a lovely little reading nook.
At the opposite end of the home, the single room, available for $250 per week, is a cosy and practical option furnished with a single bed, study desk and storage. Just outside the bedroom is an additional small lounge and TV area, providing another comfortable place to relyax.
also boasting a beautiful alfresco sunroom fully enclosed patio that allows 8 to comfortably sit to enjoy a meal all seasons throughout the year.
