Someone with a dog themselves would be handy as Ralph loves company. In terms of cleaning just even amounts of responsibility really. Someone happy spending time at home would be a benefit but not essential.

I have an 8 year old staffie named Ralph, super chill dog, absolutely loves a cuddle though. Sleeps a lot and mostly comfortable just chilling inside with people, house trained, comfortable around other dogs.
