Rooms have new carpet, big windows and built in robes. In this downstairs area there is a seperate heated/cooled downstairs living area with large couch and tv area, as well as laundry facilities. Down the hallway there is a more private seperate bathroom with shower/bath and a seperate toilet near the rooms that would be used by the occupant/s.
There is also an upstairs bathroom, living area, including shared kitchen, dining area and balcony area with an outdoor table.
Bill for gas and electricity are shared but are not particularly expensive. Internet is shared at $20 a month each if 3 are in the house.

Hi, There is second room available in what I think is a great house in a great location in central Ocean Grove. There is a mid 20s travelling worker sharing the downstairs space who is often surfing and very quiet and respectful when home. I work 4 weekdays as a teacher and enjoy an active lifestyle; bike riding, exploring and camping when I can. An independent, easy going and fun loving person I like to give people there privacy and value mutual respect.
