🏡 Housemate Wanted - Ocean Grove - $312.50pw

Looking for someone to share my beautiful, comfy home in Ocean Grove (Collendina).

The house is open-plan, great for entertaining in winter and summer months, with modern kitchen, bathrooms and European laundry, two living areas and a home office, so plenty of space to spread out.

You'd have your pick of two bedrooms – the second can be used as an office / guest room. All bedrooms have built-in robes, and there's loads of storage throughout plus a large garage. You would have use of your own bathroom.

The house is largely furnished, with space for more. Bedroom will be unfurnished.

Location is amazing - five minutes walk to Collendina beaches, Dawn Cafe and short drive to shops.

You would be sharing with me - Ro, doing a PhD and when I'm not studying and working, I love beach time, gym time and seeing friends. I wfh half the week and am out of the house the other half.

Open to individuals, couples or duos. Rent is $312.50pw (or $208.50pp if you're a couple / duos – we'd split everything three ways). Bills split between us. Available now.

Looking for someone tidy, easy-going, and happy to coexist in a relaxed but respectful way.
