Looking for a nice easy going professional or employed person, non smoker, no pets to take over my third of a lease($200pw) for a 4 bedroom house in Riverstone Rise. You will have the master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe along with the living room off the bedroom and a garage car space. The house is fully airconditioned and has ceiling fans. Shared areas include the kitchen and dining along with storage room in the 2 car garage.
