We have a room available for rent it's $300 per week including bills there is also a washing machine and dryer for you to use including your own fridge and pantry, unlimited internet is also included, there is a driveway to park your car, big front lawn to wash your car aswell, we are at the end of a street in a quiet area so there is no through traffic, the house is filled with plants, incense and the odd salt lamp or two, it's a quiet and nice neighbourhood, big walking track near by aswell, a couple minute drive to Griffith uni, close to tram station and shops
