Walking distance to Ashmore TAFE, bus at the end of the road to Surfers and PAC Fair. It’s a 3 bedroom house, share with a 27yo guy. I have a friendly dog, I would consider someone with an another friendly desexed dog, if they get along. The available room and bathroom are very private and separate from the other rooms in the house. I use the other spare bedroom as a computer room/study. There is another study area available for use beside the kitchen as well as a desk available in the room if you want it.

I am after someone who is prepared to pitch in and split the housework 50/50. The yard is grassed. I am happy to clean my ensuite but expect the other bathroom to be kept clean and tidy as guests will be using it. The other chores can be discussed and split as we feel is fair.
