We have a studio with 2 bedrooms separate to the rest of the house. It has own kitchen, laundry, bathroom and toilet. It opens out onto patio and hedged garden. One room is currently tenanted with an Australian male 24yrs . Ideally we would like a couple for this available bedroom. We have bus stop and TAFE at end of street. We have a park across the road with basketball court. Surfers Paradise and beach 5 mins drive with traffic or just a 10 min bike ride
