Description of the home

The 4-bedroom home is located in the quiet neighborhood of Benowa in Surfers Paradise. It is only 3 min drive away from Coles in the Benowa shopping centre. It gives you direct access to State Route 24 to go towards Broadbeach, Southport or Nerang and it is only 12 min away from the M1. To my opinion, it is ideal for those with a car.

This house features a garage, a shed, a front and a backyard. It is originally unfurnished but my flatmates and I have furnished it, will all the essentials. There is a spacious lounge room with couches and TV. The kitchen features a 5-burner gas cooktop, a dishwasher, a fridge, a dining table, plenty of cupboards and drawers. At the back, there is a laundry with washing machine.

This specific bedroom will come unfurnished unless you would like to keep the queen bed and bedside table (for an extra-fee). This is a simple carpeted bedroom with a wardrobe. There is a separate toilet and a separate bathroom with shower for your use, which you will have to share with Arjun, the other flatmate.

Concerning the bills, internet is payable at the end of the month and cost $17 per flatmates. Occasionally, the gas bottles will need to be replaced too.

Kanv, Arjun and Aman are looking for a flatmate who is clean, friendly and who can afford to rent the bedroom. They are also looking for a flatmate who can be on the lease from the 04/06/2024 during 6 months; the rent will increase by $25 which will become $240/week. Ideally I would like to move out between the 1st and the 15th of May 2024.
