I have a bedroom available to rent, the larger main bathroom would also be yours. I’m a young at heart 48 year old female and have had my past flatmate for 4 years, who has decided to purchase their own place so I’m not rushing to find the right person to share my space with, looking for a tidy, trustworthy, easy going person that’s content in life, and has a relaxed vibe.
1. You must love cats! 🐈 as I have 2 brothers that love a cuddle and are still very playful. Ideally you would be ok with feeding them on weekends, trade off would be most weekends you have the place to yourself as I usually stay at my partners place.
2. The unit has everything you need your welcome to use anything in the shared spaces, you would only really need your bedroom furniture.
3. The complex has pool, gym and spa facilities.
4. Very close to bus stop on Brisbane Rd and close to Harbourtown.
5. You must be working, not from home.
6. Smoking not allowed inside the complex, out the front on the street only.
7. I’m social, love a chat and a wine, during the week I cherish my peace and keep evenings pretty low key. Most weeknights I’ll exercise, cook dinner and chill.
