About occupants
Kris, 39. New to the Gold Coast since late December moving from country north east Victoria. I work in construction on a site in Broadbeach with my main hours being 6:30am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday. I do overtime some nights to 4:30pm along with some Saturday work. I enjoy my health and fitness, sports, beach and pool days, I cook home meals regularly and have the odd drink on a Friday or Saturday evening on the balcony overlooking the beach and Surfers Paradise skyline. I’m very clean, tidy and organised.

Description of pets
Unfortunately pets aren’t allowed due to the landlord sons allergies. I had to leave my Labrador in Victoria with family.
