The house is located 10 minutes drive or cycle to the Pacific fair, The Oasis, tram line, the beach or the Q Centre.
There are different bus stops to get where you need if you don't have a car but I find it so much easier to get around with a bicycle, even if I have a car myself.
There are 4 different gyms and spas around the area for you to choose from and the location is really safe and quiet.
In the house you have free mineral water, TV, Netflix and a Nintendo Switch for you to relax or to share with friends.
I tend to cook only premade meals, so kitchen, fridge, storage and everything else will be used mostly by you as you wish, organize it as you please.

I work 50+ hours per week in a very demanding physical job so having a drama free environment in my own home is really important.
When I am not working I like to go to the gym, sauna/spas, out with friends or just chilling at home watching a movie on Netflix or playing some videogames.
Looking to get back into nature for some hiking and exploring, but time is always limited. I am not a party type at all and usually prefer to stay in my own space rather than out and about mingling with people, unless they are truly the right ones.
I love helping people if the need arises as long as it is appreciated.
I keep the house at a basic level of cleanliness and order but it is an home not an AirBnb so things will be out of place, if you have OCD ( Obsessive Cleaning Disorder), it will not work, sorry.
I think a good flatmate should be a friend and we need to support each other, chances are your relatives and friends are far away or not available.
