This peaceful 2 bedroom ground floor duplex located on a canal - handy to the beach, the Casino, Pacific Fair, The Q Centre, Robina, Southport Park Shopping & Australia Fair. – Has easy Bus transport access to Pacific fair, Southport, Griffith university & Robina.
There are two living areas, with ceiling fans, lots of cupboard space in the well-equipped kitchen - YOU EVEN HAVE YOUR OWN FRIDGE

Bills and expenses
If you want the internet there is a connection and you can get it. I Charge $20 per week extra with the rent and this goes into an Electricity accumulation account that accrues and when the electricity bill comes in, your portion of the bill will be deducted out of this accumulation account and a new balance will be seen. And of course you will see the bill and rental ledger.
