WELCOME TO YOUR DREAM HOME!
This 2-storey, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse is bright and spacious - photos don't do justice!
You’d only be living with one flatmate (me), so lots of personal space.
YES, THAT IS OUR *PRIVATE* POOL! It is perfectly covered from the neighbours and the wind, a perfect courtyard to wine down after a big day.
Your bedroom (br 2 in the floor plan) has a large wardrobe, and top of that there is storage in every room - you will not struggle to fit in your clothes / items / food etc. As you'll have your own balcony and bathroom - and the room is on the other of the floor to bedroom - you will have a lot of personal space, even if you were chilling outside of the room.
There are also TWO living areas - one with a huge tv screen, that you are more than welcome to use as much as you'd like.
Bedroom itself will be unfurnished.
All other furniture, electronics, kitchen equipment etc. in common areas are ready to be shared. Any questions please let me know! :)

I work Monday-Friday; early mornings at the gym, midday onwards from home office (online training). My weekends are pretty chilled; gym, beach, friends.. I don't mind a beer or a few, but don't stay out late - I like living like a granny :P
I'm looking for a housemate who is clean, has good references and works full time / no issues paying rent on time. Ideally someone who also likes their space - this home has a calm, relaxing vibe and I'd like to keep it that way!
