The location for this apartment is just amazing. The famous Burleigh beach is about 600m away and the exquisite swimming/sun-tanning spot of Tallebudgera Creek is 800m from us🌞Our street ends with the well-known Burleigh Heads national park (a great spot for running/walking with its stunning scenery). James Street with it's many venues for food and bustling nightlife is just a 10 minute walk away. If you don't have a car, don't worry—the bus stop is only a few minutes from the building)
It's a 2 bedroom flat with a big balcony which has a solid bbq. It's a lovely spot to either have your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Or why not to grow your own herbs🌱?
There's also a communal pool with a bbq in the complex and you will also have a secure parking spot to keep your four-wheel friend from getting damaged in the Australian sun or having to compete with people looking to park anywhere closer to the beach😊
The room will be available from about 17 August and and we are initially looking for tenants for a period of 3-6 months at the moment with the possibility to extend if everything works out .
