I’m looking for a flatmate to share this beautiful, brand new apartment, located right on the Burleigh Esplanade.

About the Apartment:
- Two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment
- Your own bedroom with private ensuite
- Fully furnished, with access to pool, gym, and resident facilities
- Prime location right on The Esplanade, close to the beach, cafes, and shops

Rent & Terms

- $650 per week + bills
- Available from March 15
- Short-term arrangement
- Month-to-month payment
- Up to 6 months for now

The Right Fit
It’s really important to me that this is a peaceful, respectful home, not a party house.

I work from home, so I’m looking for someone who:

- Works full-time outside the home
- Is clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces
- Wants a calm place to come home to
- Is not looking to host lots of visitors
- No couples, sorry (it's me and my partner already)
