Description of the home
Large, modern home in Burleigh Heads in a great location, close to shops, cafes, gyms, public transport and everything the Gold Coast has to offer.
The house has plenty of shared living space, a good-sized kitchen, outdoor area and enough room that everyone can have their own space without feeling like we’re living on top of each other.
The house is kept clean and tidy but it’s definitely a home, not a showroom. Looking to keep a relaxed, social and respectful household where everyone gets along, can have a laugh and occasionally have a drink or dinner together, while still doing their own thing.
I’ve lived here for a while and really like the place, so I’m looking for the right people rather than just filling the rooms as quickly as possible.

Bills and expenses
Electricity, water and internet are split evenly between the three housemates as the bills come in.
Everyone buys their own food and personal items. Shared household basics can just be worked out between us — pretty relaxed and straightforward.

I enjoy a few drinks and going out occasionally, but home is generally pretty relaxed during the week. I’m clean and tidy without being obsessive about it and like living with people where everyone can have a laugh and hang out, but also respects each other’s space.
I’m also a dad to a 5-year-old daughter who stays with me every second weekend. She has her own bedroom and is a very happy, easy-going little human, so obviously looking for housemates who are comfortable with that.
Ideally someone social who’s happy to have a chat, share a drink ideally not someone disappearing into their bedrooms 24/7. But at the same time, everyone has their own lives and space is respected.
Not looking for a party house, but don’t want the place to feel like a library either 😂 Just good, easy-going people who take care of the place and contribute to a relaxed household.
