We have a beautiful room available to rent in Burleigh. Its unfurnished, freshly painted and has new floor coverings. Its in a fantastic location with many conveniences close by and the beach is approx 500mt away. The room is upstairs and has a private lounge and another bedroom (occupied by another flatmate) and a shared bathroom the space is so spacious, it’s just like having your own private unit.

Our property is in a premium location only a short stroll from Burleigh beach (500mts)popular cafes, bars and restaurants ( the paddock bakery, pretty handsome, precinct brewery, light years). Coles and Aldi are a short walk away as well. Universities are a 5-10 minute bike ride away. Major bus routes are conveniently located providing easy access to surfers paradise, broad beach, Robina, palm beach, Coolangatta or to varsity lakes train station.

About the occupants
We are a couple, with a 16 year old son and 2 dachshunds puppies, whose house is a little big and we would love to welcome a flatmate or 2. Our older children have moved out and we have some spare rooms available. We are originally from Melbourne and have lived on the coast for 17 years, We have hosted young international students for over 15 years, and we have a genuine love and interest in meeting people from all over the globe.
