Had a king bed in it. Firm comfy mattress hardly used. (*If your the right fit and want your own bed you will have to organise and pay for the removal of the king mattress.) But id prefer not to go down this route tricky with soak stair case. Sorry.

Hi I'm Emily im the home owner, I've lived here with my other housemate for 2.5 years now. I just renovated the whole house. I live with my x2 8 year dauchounds. So you must like dogs especially these guys they are a big part of the house. I am 44 by I'm very young at heart I'm like a 37 yr old. My housemate is 33. She's lived with me n the boys for 4 years now.
Compatible people
Someone who is, friendly, loves dogs, enjoys watching Netflix series here n there together as a communal thing. Cooks and cleans up well. If willing to take the room FF, will help out where needed with putting bins out. We have a fortnightly cleaning roster (so you will only have to clean every 6th weekend winning) you respect the doggo requirements with respect. And just a fun social cool person really ha 😊
Description of pets
One of my dogs was a rescue, I got him at 5 months old. They are both 8yrs old so the have each other. They are great but they can't go near kids or other animals especially dogs. So they need a little extra looking after. But I walk them twice a day n they sleep in my room. There is a couch ramp but that's all good. ðŸŒðŸŒ
