Built in wardrobes, fan and aircon. spare bedroom available if you have visitors. Large kitchen. Large entertaining area outside that backs onto a park, its a whole vibe on the patio 😍. Safe and quiet complex of 16 units. Visitor parking and heaps of on street parking or parking at the shops next door.

Youll be living with a female couple late 30's. Convenient store, pizza shop, GP, pharamcy and cafe next door. We have 3 cats that may come for snuggles if that's what you're into. There's no kitty litter in the house so they dont stink, and there's a cat flap so they aren't always lounging inside. We are shift workers. There's a shed that's full of tools at your disposal, enough tools to do some DIY projects if that's what you're into.
