Welcome to my comfortable, safe and caring property. I’m Rachael and looking to share my property with likeminded, respectful and caring people whilst I spend some extended time interstate.
I have a room available for a single to share with our amazing housemate Sam, in a very spacious four-bedroom property.
Both you and Sam will enjoy privacy and a peaceful environment, not your average share house. I do return on occasion however essentially the house is for you and Sam to enjoy.
Situated close to Nerang conveniences, this property has panoramic views to the Gold Coast, in a very quiet, modern complex.
The property has a beautiful kitchen with open plan dining and lounge, including European laundry and full stacker doors opening to a private alfresco space with small, enclosed back yard. Upstairs features a generous landing, with access to a convenient office space with the bedroom access from the landing. A generous shared bathroom accompanies the landing , with additional powder room downstairs in the living spaces.
Parking is available close by on a low traffic volume suburban street, close to the front door. Fully furnished with ducted air conditioning, electric downstairs blinds, wi-fi, a beautiful complex pool and bbq just steps away in a classy, quiet residential complex.

Sam has been enjoying the property for a short while now and can attest to the quality of living here. Sam will be a featured part of finding a new housemate to join him, we value harmony, trust and respect. You will be hard pressed to not enjoy Sam's company.
As for me, I'm Rach and have owned the property for some years now. I'm currently enjoying spending some extended time in Tassie however do return on occasion to see my loved ones.
