Waterfront executive home in Carrara. A very comfortable home with swimming pool and gym area. You can throw a fishing line in as we have great fishing here or you can do a workout on the gym under the huge Bali hut that leads out from the lounge area, or just have a lazy day by the pool. This is truly a home and not a party house so if you are looking for somewhere that is peaceful and friendly to live then this is the place.

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house and has plenty of room and spaces to get away and have private area to yourself to read a book or do some study.

I have 2 rooms for rent and am looking to fill both as soon as possible but will want to make sure I have the right people as would prefer a longer term tenant in one room and can take short term in the other which is only $180 per week. The house is fully furnished so all you would need is your bed linen and towels. I would prefer that you have not got to much extra stuff as we need for nothing.

We are close to buses and also the train is not far so if you are using public transport it is easy. The universities are either side about 10 minute drive or bus trip maybe 15 minutes.
