House only accepts 1 new flatmate at a time for a total of 3 people. Located in a central location, in a secure gated community with a Southbound bus stop directly across the road. Southbound 719 bus goes to Harbourtown shopping centre and restaurants, Griffith University/Hospital and Southport. The northbound bus stop is 50 meters away from the entrance to the complex going to runaway bay shops, runaway bay marina and paradise point.

This is a townhouse with two levels so you need to be able to get up and down a flight of stairs. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry and loungeroom are shared areas. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There are 2 separate toilets. The laundry has a washing machine with dryer and clothes line out back. The complex has a swimming pool. You would need to be respectful of other residents in the complex. Electricity and water use included in the rent. Fair use policy. Excessive use will be charged for. The internet is also included and is unlimited NBN quality with approx. 95 mbps download speed and 16 mbps upload. This is a quiet house and we want it to remain that way. Room features brand new split system airconditioner. No pets sorry, as only have permission for 1. (My dog)
