About Us ..
We are a mother and daughter team here. My daughter has a disability and has a very active life and we are looking for a female flatmate one who will be respectful of individuals with a disability. Me .. I'm retired.
My daughter is into sailing which has led her to compete at 3 Special Olympics, Winning 1 Gold and 2 Silver and competed at International Invitationals, state and local sailing competitions. She does voluntary work at Lake Orr 3 days a week teaching individuals with a disability to sail and is active at the gym 3 days a week.
My daughter has started an interest in baking and has completed a Cert 2 and she can get busy in the kitchen occasionally. She has chosen the crew where she volunteers as her Ginuea Pigs and so far no complaints .. Phew!
Its a friendly community here and reasonably quiet. After meeting us and viewing the townhouse, and you feel like you would like to give it a go living with us, your next step will be is to meet the onsite Managers. You will have to apply through them as this is the process for a shared rental here .. The Managers will do the normal checks for a potential tenant as if you were applying for a rental yourself here .. There are bylaws to which you have to comply as does all who live here. There is no undercover parking but you can park your car if you have one, in the street, outside car park.

We keep a clean, tidy and organised home and are also qualities we are looking for in a flatmate.
