The house is new and modern (12 months old - I have been the only tenant). It has tiles in the main areas and carpet in the bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is aircon in the main areas. There is a small back yard with a patio, a double car garage (one half available).

Close to Coomera Train Station. Woolies, BWS, and other stores within walking distance.

Bills and expenses

There is a quarterly power bill and a water bill which will be divided 50/50 - based on the current average of two people in the house this amounts to roughly $180 & $40 per person, per quarter. A mowing service tends the lawns & gardens once a month and this is $15 per person, per month. There is also internet connected. To share this would be a further $30 per month.
