Hello! My name is luke I’m 23 turning 24.
I just bought this townhouse in November last year. It’s a brand new townhouse with 3 bedrooms with a upstairs and down stairs living. I am looking to rent out one of my bedrooms. There is a bathroom just near the room and the renter will be the only person using it as I have one in my en-suite. My town house is full furnished and have all cooking appliances. Fox,Netflix and Telstra tv down stairs. This place is only 3 min from Coomera Westfield and about 5 to 10 min from high way.
