The room currently has a queen bed, desk, bedside table & lamp and bookshelf. Ideally we would like the suitable person to provide their own bed, however this can be discussed upon application. The room will be furnished as described until February 2027, afterwards the room will be completely unfurnished.

Our home is in a great location close to 19th Ave shops at Palm Beach and a short bike ride to the beach. The Pines is another loocal shopping centre is a 4 min car ride away for shopping needs, health & gym. Bus stops are on our street and also just a 2 min walk away. Our home has a spearate living/dining area and outside verandah by the pool. Easy street parking.

About occupants
We are a family of four - husband and wife, teenage daughter who is 18 years old and teenage son who is 16 years old. Our daughter is first year out of school and working fulltime to save to go overseas in November. Our son is in year 10 at school. Our eldest son has recently gratuated from Uni and now is working and travelling in New Zealand and then Japan. My husband and I both work locally. Sometimes I have to travel for work.
We enjoy the beach and exploring nature in the nearby hinterland. My husband and I also have a old caravan and enjoy weekend trips exploring new coastal places nearby.
We value having shared time and conversation, however also understand & need our own personal space. Our week is busy with work and the coming and going of 2 teenagers.

We have a 10 year old Jack Russell named Star. She is an outside dog, however she comes in at night to watch movies with us. She is very friendly and loves her humans. She loves pats and tummy rubs. She picks up on good energy people.
