Hey Simon here, I have a Large room furnished! with large bathroom and toilet (shared with one other) queen size bed, dresser, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. It’s a 3 bedroom house only 2 minute drive to the beach. House has a great pool and bbq area. Sharing with myself and 1 other and my cat Indi. Also have a fortnightly cleaner to make life easy. Bills included (power, internet, streaming services & cleaner 😎)
