Looking for a comfortable, friendly and relaxed place to call home?
I’m looking for someone lovely to share my fully furnished 4-bedroom home in Helensvale. I’m friendly, easy-going and enjoy a balance of conversation and our own space. Ideally, I’d love to find someone where it feels more like sharing a home with a friend than simply renting a room.
I value open communication, mutual respect and consideration, so we both feel comfortable and at home.

Relaxed and welcoming with air conditioning, ceiling fans, sunroom, front and back gardens, BBQ area and swimming pool. You’ll also be sharing with Mia, my tiny 3 kg senior dog who is nearly 11 and very much part of the family. 🐾

Walking distance to Westfield, train and bus transport, shops, cafés, restaurants, library and everyday conveniences. Easy access to the M1, with theme parks and the beach only a short drive away.

Bills and expenses
💙 Board, Inclusions & House Information
Weekly board includes water, electricity, high-speed internet, use of the fully equipped kitchen and shared areas, and access to the swimming pool.
Board is kept two weeks in advance, with your final week already covered when you move out. An exit clean of your bedroom, bathroom and shared areas is also included no bond is kept.
General household maintenance and appliance upkeep are taken care of — we simply ask that any accidental damage is repaired or replaced.
The aim is to keep things easy, comfortable and fair, so everyone can simply enjoy living in a clean, relaxed and well-cared-for home. 😊

🐾 You’ll also be living with Mia, my tiny 3 kg Miniature Pinscher. She’s 11, loves company and is convinced she’s a much bigger dog than she actually is! 😂 Once she knows you’re a friend, she’s all tail wags and cuddles.
I enjoy the social side of sharing a home — chatting while cooking, occasionally sharing a meal or watching a movie — but there’s absolutely no expectation. We both have our own lives, privacy and downtime.
Ultimately, I’m hoping to find someone genuine, clean and considerate who wants a relaxed, friendly place that feels like home. 😊

The rooms are fully furnished and move-in ready, with utilities, high-speed internet and access to the pool included — essentially, arrive with your suitcase and settle in.
Non-smokers only. Occasional social drinking is fine, but this isn’t a party household.

Mia is my 11-year-old Miniature Pinscher and a much-loved member of the family. At just 3 kg, she loves sunbathing, snoozing and keeping me company while I work.
Despite her tiny size, Mia is convinced she’s a Doberman! 😂 She may announce your arrival, but once she knows you’re a friend, she quickly settles and becomes her sweet, affectionate self.
She can initially be a little shy, so she loves gentle, patient people who give her time to warm up. She’s become great friends with many of our previous housemates and loves a cuddle once she knows you.
If you’re a dog lover, Mia will be very happy to welcome you to the household. 🐾❤️
