This is a peaceful home best suited to someone who works full-time away from home or studies full-time on campus or library across the road from house.
As I operate my business from home during the day, I'm looking for housemates whose work or study commitments are primarily outside the home. This helps maintain a quiet environment for everyone and ensures the home remains comfortable and functional for both work and relaxation.
The household is clean, respectful and drama-free. It's not a party house, and we're looking for people who appreciate a calm lifestyle, privacy and consideration for others.

🚿 Bathroom Arrangements
Ideally, I'm looking for one long-term housemate, in which case you would have the guest bathroom almost entirely to yourself.
Should a second room be occupied in the future, the guest bathroom would simply be shared between those two rooms.

Bills and expenses
Board, Inclusions & House Terms
Your weekly board covers all essentials, including water, electricity, high-speed internet, use of cookware, and access to the swimming pool.
To keep everything running smoothly, we require board to be maintained 2 weeks in advance at all times.
1 week is allocated toward your final week, covering a professional exit clean. This includes your bedroom, bathroom, carpets, mattress, fridge, kitchen areas, and shared spaces (e.g. couches). A portion also contributes to general wear and tear on cookware, kitchen appliances, and white goods.
The second week keeps your account in advance. If a payment is ever late, it can be drawn from this, and simply topped back up. When you move out, your final week is already covered—no additional payment needed.
General household maintenance (e.g. light bulbs, air conditioning servicing, appliance upkeep) is included. We simply ask that if anything is accidentally damaged, it is replaced—this is our standard house policy.
We aim to keep a calm, respectful, and well-maintained home. We’re fair, flexible, and always open to communication—our priority is that everyone feels comfortable and at ease.

With utilities included, a swimming pool, public transport nearby, the library across the road and a peaceful home environment, it's designed to make life simple, comfortable and stress-free from day one.
From time to time we enjoy a BBQ, sharing a meal, fresh seafood after a successful fishing trip, or simply having a friendly chat, while also respecting each other's privacy, personal space and downtime.

Mia is my 9-year-old Miniature Pinscher and emotional support dog. At just 3kg, she's a small, gentle little soul who is very much part of the family.
She's generally quiet at home, enjoys lounging in the sun, spending time with her mum, and relaxing in my room while I'm working. She's a good alert dog and may let us know when someone arrives, but she's not known for excessive or continual barking.
Mia can be a little shy and anxious when meeting new people, so she's best suited to a household with gentle, patient dog lovers who are happy to let her get to know them at her own pace. Once she feels comfortable, she can be very affectionate and has been known to happily spend time with housemates who are open to making friends with her.
If you're someone who appreciates a quiet, well-behaved companion and understands that trust takes time, you'll likely get along wonderfully with Mia. 🐾
