I have a beautiful four bedroom home in Helensvale with swimming pool, rooms are available for short term and long term stay. Please contact for more photos and to discuss accommodation details see if you feel we are a good fit for you.
Great location, close to public transport, shops and 13 minutes drive from the beach.
I'm the owner and I live on site. I'm looking for genuine, easy-going, considerate individuals who are respectful, responsible, clean and tidy.
We are early risers, non-smokers and genuine individuals. It's a home not a party house. We are all friendly, easy going individuals that enjoy a chat even a occasional dinner together when we can. We also are quiet and respect each others personal down time.
Would suit quiet individuals who don't entertain from home. Non drinkers. Non smokers. Definitely Dog people.
You will feel more like home here living with friends. I have a jet ski and a friend with the boat who takes us out to the islands and comes over and cooks us fresh fish.
We usually accommodate a lot of international people here for the first time.. Also very respectful of your downtime and if you're here just to get away.

Our policy is, if you break it, please replace it.
1 week is kept for professional cleaning of the mattress carpets and furniture in-between guests so everything is fresh. Wear and tear of cookware and anything that requires replacing ie light bulbs aircon services washing machine services dishwashing services etc.
We are flexible and accommodating we just want everything to be fair so please feel free to discuss anything with us.

We sometimes enjoy a meal together especially if I have caught a fresh catch or if we have a BBQ. Sometimes we even attend an event together or something else really fun going out on boat fishing.
This is a homely place to live, and we are easy going, friendly and kind. Good, wholesome and genuine people would be ideal. MUST Definitely be a NON-Smoker as I have asthma and heart condition.
We prefer NON-Drinkers occasional ok but not heavy.
