• 4-bedroom house, but you’ll be sharing with just 2 others aged 30s/40s (myself + one male housemate) — so only 3 people total
• Fully furnished house throughout: TV, coffee machine, air fryer, laundry, etc.
• One friendly big dog
• Big backyard, garage, and shed = loads of storage plus outdoor living space
• Off-street car space available - we kind of just rotate as people come and go - plenty of on street parking too

I like training (as it’s winter I tend to do this more often in the evening), I love the water (kite board sporadically and love a SUP - dog included).
My other roommate Alex is in the 40+ bracket, doesn’t drink, pretty chill and him and I share the other bathroom in the house.
• Chilled, respectful, tidy, and happy to pitch in with general running of a household.
I am not a big drinker — I’m an early riser and love a calm home, someone who fits well with that is essential.
