Description of the home
I will be going on holiday for 2 mths so you will have place to yourself during that time.
Room with Single Bed, Wardrobe, and Ceiling Fan (All linen can be provided.). Plenty of privacy and nice view.
Or Double Bed in Main bedroom.
NO bills to pay. Everything included: Electricity, Water & Internet (+ household items: Washing powder, toilet paper, cleaning products, shower gel etc,)
Swimming pool, spa and gym with lovely tropical gardens. This is a beautiful complex in the up market suburb of Hope Island.
I have two small, very cute dogs, so this home won't suit people who don't like dogs.

Lovely home located 5 mins walking distance to Hope Island Shopping Centre, with Cafes and Restaurants.
The Unit is located near parklands and the Marina. There is a swimming pool, spa and gym. Easy going and relaxed lifestyle awaits.
I'm also easy going and so seeking the same. I value being courteous and considerate and will go out of my way to make you feel at home.
Must be clean and tidy, though I do most of the housekeeping. I work full-time and out and about alot.
Im always up for a glass of wine and a chat, but will respect your privacy and need for solitude as well.
