The bedroom has a double bed a wardrobe bedside table sealing fan with remote control and a dimmable LED light $295 per week.
The apartment is well furnished, all you need to do is bring your clothes and move in electricity and water is included in your rental accommodation price,
However the most expensive electricity bill I have ever had has been $150 anything more than that you will be responsible for the difference.
I must stress this room is available and best suited to females or international students.
So just to be clear it is one person for this room, I am not taking couples.
I must stress that these are single occupancy rooms.
