We’re looking for a quiet, respectful person to move into our beautiful modern apartment. It will be myself and my partner Benjamin (both 20 years old). We both work full-time and keep a calm, clean and relaxed home environment.

$400 pw INCLUDING BILLS- singles 🤍
$650 pw INCLUDING BILLS- couples 🤍

The room comes with your own bathroom, plus access to all shared living spaces including the kitchen and balcony. The apartment complex also has great facilities and secure entry.

There is parking available for an additional $25 per week.

Please note the apartment is currently unfurnished as we have just purchased it, so we are in the process of setting everything up.

We’re ideally looking for someone tidy, reliable and easy-going who values a peaceful home.
