One bedroom and sole use of bathroom - not an en-suite but no one else will use the bathroom.
Husband and I have not long bought the house and we are renting one bedroom out. Quiet residential area, lots of areas to walk, on site gym and pool to use. We do have a doggy so you have to be a doggy person!
