Arnold & I are looking for a housemate to move into our Ocean & Hinterland facing apartment to keep the good vibes vibing.

• Located on the border of Mermaid Beach & Broadbeach
• One Bedroom with balcony & southern facing for sunrise & sunset views (natural light)
• Own bathroom
• Own secure car park
• Storage availabe

Facilities come with sauna, gym, event room, swimming pool, theatre & 50 meters from the beach.

Looking For:

• Man or Woman of sound mind
• Has a healthy lifestyle
• Clean, organised & respectful of other peoples space (doesn’t watch the news)
• Ideally working full time or an entrepreneur that’s actually doing well
• Good with animals, namely Arnold my English Cocker Spaniel who loves cuddles.
• No smoking or drugs!

I am opening up the place to someone else as I’ll be away a lot with working over the next 6 months…So it’ll be very much like renting on your own.

Rent:
