A fantastic place positioned above Nobby shops in Mermaid Beach. Beach is just a few minutes walk away and you have everything you need at your doorstep. The new tram line is almost finished to be used for public transport too.
The entrance to the home is behind a gate through an alleyway between some businesses! The home itself is quite old and unfortunately there is no air conditioning, but I think the pros definitely outweigh the cons!
