Two friends living in the house, both have seperate rooms with ensuits so you will only be sharing a bathroom with one other person or there is the option for a private bathroom downstairs however that would be the guest bathroom.
Pretty cruisey individuals, we have a pool table coming, a bar set up and a dart board in place so happy for you to have friends over as long as everyone is respectful :)
