The room is probably considered 'half-size' as there is only room for a single bed. The rest of the house is fairly roomy with a nice back veranda overlooking the canal.
It is a quiet street; single storey waterfront home, simple, clean. It is a great location. About 4 blocks from Gold Coast Highway bus stops, 5 blocks to the beach - easy bike ride or quick car ride. Shops are a 2 minute drive (Mermaid Waterways) and about a 10 minute walk to Nobby's restaurants/bars.
