Spacious kitchen dining & lounge area with a nice little private yard. NBN super fast internet easily connected. I haven’t required it on again as I don’t have a TV to watch Netflix etc easily sorted 😊 Sorry NO pets allowed
A request since the bathroom you’ll be using has the bathtub in it I can access that bathroom occasionally to have a bath EASY

Aiming to get out of the house more as I don’t have a car bus stop is 2 mins away so until I get a car again it will be optimal if you have a car & you can drop me off & pick me up when agreed to locations that aren’t accessible by this bus route that is only hourly.
I really miss surfing as it’s really tiring by bus to get to the beach so my preference is that we go surfing together YES 😊😊
If your into surfing, yoga, Pilates, Qi Gong, martial arts, walking, swimming, badminton, cooking, shopping, studying health & wellness, going out, partying, socialising, just having a good time & just BEing minimising any drama I’m sure we’ll get along.
