Big Miami home, with balcony, deck, spa, and plenty of space!
Hey everyone,
We have just been accepted for a house in Miami, close to beach, shops and most things. Move in date will be April 17.
The master bedroom is up for grabs for the right person!
The room is a massive space downstairs, where the whole area is yours.
Ensuite, wardrobe and Aircon are major perks.
The laundry does connect to the room with a door (message if you want a floor plan and pictures from when I inspected)
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, the kitchen and lounge/dining space.
Ideally we find someone who enjoys a social, yet super balanced home, where you can have your own space and just be yourself.
Cleanliness is a must and if you enjoy gardening that's awesome as well as there is a huge yard to take care of!
We will slowly be fitting the place out with furniture and appliances etc, but if you happen to have anything already, thats a bonus too :)

Charlotte (23) and myself are professional athletes originally from Melbourne, moving up here for the first time playing in the same team, so we're pretty much on the same schedule, out of the house a fair bit. But when we are at home we're definitely relaxing.
Away from work, I enjoy music, fashion, having drinks with friends and going on adventures.
Charlotte loves the beach, travelling and hanging out with friends for a few drinks as well!
Kyell (24) is from Germany and works in construction, he loves surfing, being in nature and is super chill.
