The location and layout of this home is very hard to beat! Walking distance to the Burleigh or Miami Beach, Coles, restaurants and bars.
Double car drive-way with 2 car garage which allows for extra storage. Spacious outdoor courtyard which is its own little sanctuary for entertaining, relaxing or sunbaking.
The Kitchen Lounge area is very large and open, with lots of natural light, with plenty of cupboard space and large fridge (Mark has his own fridge)
Both bedrooms have great lighting facing the east catching the morning sunrise and sea-breeze.

Monika and I are taking an opportunity to move into a new home with another friend, leaving two rooms vacant. The two new roomies will be living with Mark for the remainder of the lease which expires on 27 July 2025 with the option to renew the lease.
We have renewed the lease 3 + times so far which is good if you are looking to stay on.
Mark is originally from the UK, works as a Civil Engineer building sporting grounds Monday-Friday, of a weekend playing golf at the local Burleigh Golf Course which Mark is a member. Most of the time work is in Brisbane which means it is common to have 1 less person in the house M-F.
Mark has a great sense of humour, very down to earth, enjoys a good chat and a drink with the housemates when he is at home. He likes to keep himself fit and healthy with walks along Burleigh and a Sunday meal at the local The Miami.
This is not a party household and by that simply means we don't party on into the night so to ensure we don't affect anyone's sleep or affect the neighbours.

Monday to Friday is relatively quiet if someone has to work the next day, weekends are fair game but we don't usually have parties into the night.
