Hi, I am Jack 35 and I have been living here with Monika 32 and Mark 44 for 3 years. It has been an amazing place to live as I we love Miami, being so close to the beach and together have shared many laughs and great memories.

Monika and I are taking an opportunity to move into a new home with another friend, leaving two rooms vacant. The two new roomies will be living with Mark for the remainder of the lease which expires on 27 July 2025 with the option to renew the lease.

We have renewed the lease 3 + times so far which is good if you are looking to stay on.

Mark is originally from the UK, works as a Civil Engineer building sporting grounds Monday-Friday, of a weekend playing golf at the local Burleigh Golf Course which Mark is a member. Most of the time work is in Brisbane which means it is common to have 1 less person in the house M-F.

Mark has a great sense of humour, very down to earth, enjoys a good chat and a drink with the housemates when he is at home. He likes to keep himself fit and healthy with walks along Burleigh and a Sunday meal at the local The Miami.

This is not a party household and by that simply means we don't party on into the night so to ensure we don't affect anyone's sleep or affect the neighbours.

Compatible people
A good flatmate to me is someone that is down to earth and brings good energy to the household. Enjoys a friendly chat and who is up for watching the odd movie, TV series or sport. Someone who is respectful and considerate of his/her flatmates by doing the basics of keeping the place clean and tidy, and not impacting others enjoyment in the home.

Monday to Friday is relatively quiet if someone has to work the next day, weekends are fair game but we don't usually have parties into the night.
