You would be living with 2 males who love their golf. Friday nights they are at the club until late and Saturday they play all day and home late in the evening. They are 40s+ so no dramas and no dramas which is nice.
Jeff doesn’t drive so parking is garage or off street parking !
This is a lease starting 16/12/25 for 12 months with the ease to find someone else, so you would be transferring with me and paying me a bond of $1,000 which I paid to previous tenant.
During the week Jeff is gone by 5:55 and home around 6 and Mark works north a lot so he often is gone from Monday morning through to Friday staying up that way.
They are quiet, respectful and tidy. Jeff loves to cook, Mark when home loves the microwave! Huge music lovers and sport alike. Marks a scouser so loves Liverpool and Jeff loves his AFL.
