The property is acreage and low maintenance. It is a spaced out house with bedrooms at opposite ends. It is a good set up for 2 couples to live without feeling like we would trip over each other.
There is a good/short walking track around the corner from home.

We have 2 large (35kgs) dogs, chickens (we share the eggs!) and a very old goat. The dogs are fully house trained and we assure you very friendly and do not jump on people. The dogs are used to not going into the rooms on offer from previous housemates. No other animals come in the house.
