The room is located at the front of the porperty and looks out to the lovely front garden. Its 4m x 3.3m and has a comfy bed. You will have your own bathroom however my son may request on the odd occasion to have a bath.

The white draws in the room at present are going to be removed, but i do have a nice set of draws that i can replace them with if you require more clothes storage. Also, i have a spare tv thats mounted in another room in which (with help) could be moved into the room. Happy to work together to make the space your own.

The bedroom has a lock with key aswell for extra privacy.

Im looking to rent out a bedroom in my lovely 4 bedroom home in the beautiful Mudgeeraba area. The home features open plan kitchen and living space, a nice outdoor patio area and a pool.

The garage contains the laundry with washer and dryer. I am attempting to make a mini workout area in the garage as well, so you are more than welcome to add to it and make use of it.

The 4th room is a spare and is currently used for storage and selling stuff i want to get rid of. It has as a bed and eventually id like to utilise it either purely for storage or as a guest bedroom. It won't be getting rented out as id like to keep my home with me, my son and another occupant. There's parking in the driveway or street parking at the front.

Home is located close to aldi, coles, Woolworths, cafes, a nice park in walking distance and robina town centre which is approximately 10 mins drive away.

Just putting the feelers out there and I want to make sure the right fit for all is achieved.

Pretty easy going and flexible, and require someone that is the same.
