Description of the home
This is a fairly new townhouse (my current housemate and I were the first occupants) in a gated complex with garage parking. Because it is a 4 bedroom house we would each have 2 rooms, which is yours to do what you like.
The house backs on two the Nerang River and a bit of bushland so no noise neighbours and nice water sounds. It's a short drive to the shops and easy access to the M1.
