I live in town house in a quiet little gated complex so you feel safe in here and all the neighbours are friendly. There’s a big pool too so can go swimming whenever you like. I’m close to the shops, gym and schools. Also close to bus stop if you have no car and needing to go anywhere.

Electricity bill comes every 3 months, so we’d split that. I’m easy with food you can buy your own food and I won’t touch it or else happy to share. I don’t have the internet at home I never have as I just hotspot off my phone. So if you’re wanting the internet that’s one thing I don’t have.
