Hi Friends 🌸
1 unfurnished bedroom available in my 4 bedroom house. You’ll be flatting with myself, 2 other female tenants and a lovely doggo.

You will be sharing the main bathroom with myself and the other flatmate (both female) We keep it spotless and would appreciate if our new roomie kept it that way 🩷 Street Parking available! Ormeau is a lovely area to call home with the shops around the corner, close public transport and a friendly neighbourhood. NOT a party house 🚫 no pets

I simply ask for clean, considerate, mature people with clear communication to share a home with. Who respect privacy, personal space but also gets along with each other. It would be sweet to have an interactive household rather than us tip toeing around each other but to each to your own 🥰

Pricing: Bond $900, bedroom $300 pw you’ll need to provide your own food. I personally like to have a monthly “spring” clean to ensure a fresh, tidy home 😊

About me: 23yr female who works full time enjoys the gym, beach, travelling, painting and movies. Easy to get along with and loves her alone time.
