The house is fully furnished and one room has a king bed. You will have your own lounge room (furnished with TV) if you want privacy or happy for you to use either. Bathroom will be for your own use. It comes fully furnished. You can literally walk in with just your clothes. You will also have a garage space with lovely epoxy floors. There is also a gym and pool in the estate for your use. There is a second room on the same level if you need it for a study/office, at an extra negotiated price. I will also be adding another reverse cycle air con in that level that will cool that living and the bedrooms.

Need to be a quiet person respectful of others. I am a shift worker and value serenity in the home. The weekly rent does not include bills. I will also get a cleaner in once a fortnight to clean bathrooms, kitchen and floors, so we don’t need to worry about upkeep. I am a very tidy person.
