RIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD FROM THE BEACH :) and right next to bus stops. Its a lovely, recently detailed clean, carpeted room that can be with or without furniture. It has a decent double wardrobe with lots of space. You will have lots of privacy with a calm and quiet atmosphere.

I am a single parent and have my 7 year old daughter only half the time. I've moved her into my bedroom (she sleeps with me anyway!), so I can rent out her room while I finish my degree (I'm studying to be a Naturopath). Her room has hardly been used, and is a clean, decent sized room.
